Missed calls become missed jobs
Callers who hit voicemail usually call the next company on the list.
For contractors & med spas
We help contractors and med spas find the right tools to answer every lead, fill the calendar, and cut the admin, without the sales pitch.
Built for owner-run shops. No calls required.

Play 1
Book the next visit before they leave, as a choice between two times.
“Your next one should be around [date]. Is [day] at [time] or [day] at [time] better?”
Play 2
For anyone who didn't rebook, text them when their next visit is due. Set intervals per service using your providers' guidance.
“Hi [Name]! It's [Studio]. You're about due for your [service]. Want me to hold [day] at [time]? Reply YES and it's yours.”
Play 3
Confirmation at booking, a reminder 48h before, and another 2–3h before.
“Hi [Name], see you [day] at [time] for [service] at [Studio]. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule.”
Play 4
A small deposit applied to the service, refundable with notice. Check your state's rules and your processor's terms.
“We hold your time with a [$X] deposit that goes toward your service. Cancel or reschedule with [24/48] hours' notice for a full refund.”
Play 5
Keep a "text me if something opens" list.
“A [service] spot just opened [today/tomorrow] at [time]. Want it? First reply gets it.”
Play 6
Ask in person, text the link that evening. No incentives.
“Thanks for coming in today, [Name]! If you loved it, a quick Google review helps us a lot: [link]”
Play 7
One friendly text, one follow-up a week later, then stop.
“Hi [Name], we miss you at [Studio]! We have openings [day] and [day]. Want me to save one for you?”
Play 8
Keep it non-clinical; route medical questions to a provider.
“Hi [Name], just checking in after your [service]. Any questions? We're here.”
Ground rule: only text clients who agreed to receive texts, and honor STOP right away.
